Captain Hugh O'Connor started drawing at a young age. His main interests have always been the Great Lakes and their history. He likes the vintage look of old time posters and works in digital media, acrylics, watercolor, pencils and scale models. He lives in Norton Shores, MI, just two miles from Lake Michigan and is also an artist for the US Coast Guard.
